Happy Happy Birthday to my mother!
Thank you for still, at the age of 24, making my doctor´s appointments, making sure I pay my credit card bill online/on time and slipping $25 into my bank account every once in a while when I really need it. I don’t know how you raised 5 kids who at one point were all under the age of 11 but you did one hell of a job!
You are amazing. Love you!
PS: It’s a family tradition to take shots at our family dinners that usually occur about once a year (a.k.a. my brother and I order shots behind my parents back and act totally surprised when they come to the table). I believe this picture is taken in Charleston where we ordered buttery nipples for the table. My mom took one sip…no worries, my dad knocked it down like it was his job.
